In accordance with the provision of Republic Act (RA) No. 7722, otherwise known as “Higher Education Act of 1994”, GOVERNMENT RECOGNITION No. 012, Series of 2009 was granted to San Isidro College for its Diploma in Midwifery.  This Program will have its first graduates in March, 2010.  The two-year Diploma in Midwifery is ladderized with the Bachelor of Science in Midwifery.

The Recognition was granted after the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) with the Regional Quality Assessment Team (RQuAT) evaluated the program last March 24, 2009.  SIC passed the evaluation with flying colors and was given the Certificate of Recognition dated May 4, 2009
