A. Office of the Dean of Student Affairs
The Office of Dean of Student Affairs is responsible for the general behavior of students, coordinates student’s curricular activities, and is directly in-charge with planning, coordinating and implementing the programs pertaining to student guidance, health, safety, canteen services, and other duties. (Administrative, Faculty and Personnel Manual, August 2003, p.35)
B. Campus Ministry Office
The Campus Ministry Office takes care of the spiritual and the religious formation of students. It seeks to build a living faith community within the campus through which the young students grow and develop spiritually. It organizes activities such as masses and Eucharistic celebrations, morning praises, prayer celebrations, retreats and recollections, spiritual guidance, Basic Ecclesial Community (BEC) sessions, etc.
C. Registrar’s Office
The Registrar’s office is responsible for the general administration of students’ records. The office sees to it that the students’ records are correct and updated. General data ranging from enrolment, semester grades, graduating students’ records, etc. are some of the reports prepared by the Registrar’s Office. This office, likewise, entertains inquiries related to enrolment and facilitates the process for students and other clients in getting scholastic records.
D. Guidance Office
The Guidance Office offers comprehensive guidance and counseling program for the students. The Guidance Office is created to provide opportunities in developing a wholesome personality of every learner. It assists students explore and develop their potentials and make a full use of such to achieve their goals. The Guidance Services of SIC serves as an integral part of the educational program. Its services are intended to complement the instructional and administrative functions of the College.
E. Library
The Library is chiefly concerned with the administration and supervision of the learning resources that support the academic program.
The San Isidro College Library is a place concerned for selecting, acquiring, and processing materials for reading, research and study. It serves the students, faculty, staff and administrators for their query of information.It employs the Dewey Decimal System in classifying its book collection.
F. Office of Health and Safety Services
The Office of Health and Safety Services promotes a healthy, safe and nurturing environment for optimal learning and academic achievement of every member of the school community. It recognizes that an individual’s ability to learn is contingent with the physical, mental and emotional well-being of the learner.
G. Office of the Multi-Media Center and Technology-Assisted Instruction Room (TAIRO) In-charge
The Multi-Media Center (MMC) and the Technology-Assisted Instruction Room (TAIRO) provide instructional and multi-media resources for students and faculty. It aims at supporting academic instruction and providing venue for co-curricular and extra-curricular activities with the use of multi-media facilities for interactive learning.
H. Cafeteria
The Cafeteria is a place in the campus which provides food services to the school community. It serves variety of nutritious and healthy food at reasonable prices. It is established to meet the food needs of the students, faculty and personnel. It has a seating capacity of one hundred twelve (112) persons at one time and is equipped with lavatories and drinking facilities.
The cafeteria is managed by the Sisters of the Missionary Congregation of Mary (MCM), of the Diocese of Malaybalay.
